FROM TENSION TO ACTION:
A COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE CHALLENGE
Bringing the League community together in Brazil
On 30 October 2026, the League of Intrapreneurs will bring together members of the Action Fellowship, League Fellows, and selected Brazilian organizations for an evening of connection, collective intelligence, and shared learning.
Following the League Community Retreat in Minas Gerais, Brazil (Oct 28-30), participants will gather in Rio de Janeiro for an in-person experience exploring one of the defining questions of our time:
How do we transform the tensions of our time into meaningful collective action?
Whether you are continuing your journey after the retreat or joining us directly in Rio, this is an opportunity to reconnect with the League community, engage with leaders tackling complex challenges, and contribute your perspective to conversations that matter.
WHAT TO EXPECT
At the heart of the evening is the Collective Intelligence Challenge: From Tension to Action.
Selected Brazilian organizations will share live strategic challenges connected to climate, equity, technology, and the intersections between them.
They will invite participants into a process of collective exploration to uncover new perspectives, possibilities, and pathways for action.

We believe today's most complex challenges cannot be solved through expertise alone. They require diverse perspectives, thoughtful inquiry, and collective intelligence. By bringing together people from different sectors, disciplines, and lived experiences, we create the conditions for new ideas, stronger relationships, and meaningful collective action.

BRAZIL?
Brazil is home to extraordinary leadership, innovation, biodiversity, entrepreneurial energy, and cultural wisdom.
By bringing together Brazilian organizations and our international Fellow community, we aim to create conversations that are locally rooted, globally connected, and capable of generating meaningful action beyond the gathering itself.

While the Collective Intelligence Challenge is the focal point of the evening, this gathering is equally about reconnecting as a community.
Following the facilitated session, participants are invited to continue the conversation over a shared dinner, creating additional space to:

RIO COMMUNITY GATHERING
Participation in the Rio Community Gathering will involve a small contribution to help collectively cover the venue, catering, and event costs. Details will be shared following Expression of Interest.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in Rio on the evening of 30 October is not included.
Participants wishing to stay overnight will be responsible for arranging and covering their own accommodation.
The League will coordinate accommodation options where possible for those who would like to stay together.
TRAVEL
Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel to and from Rio de Janeiro.
For those participating in the League Community Retreat in Brazil, transportation between Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais will be arranged by the League.
