Over the last decade, we have built a global movement of intrapreneurs—changemakers driving positive impact from within their organizations.
We’ve hosted 13 Fellowship Cohorts, delivered 15+ tailored programs for partner organizations, and connected a community spanning 60 countries.
In 2024, we launched our first themed Fellowships on Equity and Climate, convening intrapreneurs tackling these urgent challenges.
Beyond empowering individuals, we collaborate with organizations to cultivate intrapreneurial cultures, catalyze impact-driven innovation, and advance sustainable development.

STORY
When we launched the League of Intrapreneurs in 2012, it was based on a hunch - a sense that within our most traditional institutions, there was a healthy and growing impatience with the status quo. Employees were seeing the limits of “business as usual” to address real societal challenges.
The League has become a platform for changemakers to connect, learn and scale their impact, while positively impacting companies worldwide by helping them balance profit with purpose.
Now, the League focuses on driving ideas into action by building a network of intrapreneurs and organizations leading system change that supports our collective vision of an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.
