A 3-day facilitated journey into Collective Pause

In 2026, Global Intrapreneur Week will begin not online, but on the land.

Before our global community gathers virtually in late November, we will come together in person in Brazil for an intimate three-day retreat under the theme: Collective Pause – Cultivating the Inner Capacities for a Regenerative Future

This retreat forms an integral part of the journey for those joining the Intrapreneur Action Fellowship.

At the same time, we are opening a small number of additional seats to members of our wider League community who feel called to join us for this deep and embodied moment.

This is an invitation to step out of urgency and into depth.

Why pause together?

As intrapreneurs working inside complex systems, we carry responsibility, pressure, and pace. We navigate competing priorities, institutional inertia, political tensions, and high expectations.

Regenerative change cannot emerge from depletion.

It requires groundedness. Clarity. Inner resilience. Relational trust.

Collective Pause is designed as a shared moment within the Action Fellowship journey. It brings Fellows together in person, while also welcoming a small circle of wider community members into the field.

It is a space to slow down, realign, and reconnect with the deeper capacities that sustain courageous action over time.

This is not “rest” as retreat from responsibility.

It is strategic renewal.

Together, we will explore:

• The inner dimensions of systems change leadership

• Emotional stamina and regenerative resilience

• Trust building across difference

• The relationship between land, community, and institutional transformation

• What it truly takes to act with coherence inside complex organizations

The depth cultivated here will ripple into the wider Fellowship experience and into Global Intrapreneur Week itself, shaping it with greater courage, coherence, and care.

Curated Conversations for Global Intrapreneur Week

During our time in Brazil, we will curate a small number of intentional, facilitated conversations among Fellows and invited community members.

These dialogues will be:

• Recorded live in an intimate setting

• Professionally edited

• Shared as part of the online Global Intrapreneur Week program

Rather than opening Global Intrapreneur Week with traditional panels, we will bring forward grounded conversations shaped by shared reflection and embodied experience.

The retreat becomes a living source of insight and honesty that feeds directly into the global gathering.

A Regenerative Sanctuary in Brazil

We will gather on a quiet regenerative farm in Matias Barbosa, near Juiz de Fora, surrounded by rolling hills, wide skies, and the steady rhythm of the land.

Hosted by League Fellow Saulo, steward of this beautiful property, the farm is being lovingly transformed into a regenerative sanctuary, a living example of the future we are working toward.

Over three days, we will share:

• Guided reflection and facilitated dialogue

• Time in nature and hands-in-the-soil moments, including tree planting

• Shared meals and informal conversations

• Spacious pauses for integration and presence

• Courageous conversations about the inner journey of intrapreneurship

This is not a conference.

It is a carefully held container for reflection, nourishment, and genuine connection.

An Intimate Gathering

The farm is a family home and can host up to 28 participants. Rooms will be shared as part of the communal experience, deepening trust and togetherness.

The majority of places are reserved for the 2026 Action Fellowship cohort. A limited number of additional seats are available to members of the wider League community.

Because the group is intentionally small to preserve the quality of connection, we warmly invite those who feel called to express interest early. Your presence will help shape the field we co-create.
