HOW MENTORSHIP WORKS
FOR INDIVIDUALS
If you are facing challenges on your journey, need more motivation, or want to get first-hand advice on navigating organizational change, you can book one or more conversations with a mentor with expertise and experience relevant to you.
1. BOOK A FREE 15 MIN CONSULTATION

Start with a short conversation to share where you’re at and the support you’re looking for. We’ll explain the process and match you with the right mentor.
2. SCHEDULE 1:1 CONVERSATION WITH YOUR MENTOR

Our team will facilitate the connection with your mentor
and schedule your 45 min conversation at the time that works for you both.
3. MEET WITH YOUR MENTOR
​
A 45-minute video conversation with an experienced mentor. Bring a real question or challenge you’re navigating and use the time to receive support, reflect, and clarify next steps.

HOW MENTORSHIP WORKS
FOR TEAMS
For those of you who lead a team of intrapreneurs, talent, internal innovation, or sustainability programs- mentorship can be a great way to enrich the participant's experience and provide oxygen and specific support each intrapreneur needs to thrive. We are happy to help you blend mentorship into the existing change-making journey and onboard the team.
1. START WITH A COMPLIMENTARY INTRODUCTION SESSION FOR YOUR COHORT

For a team of 25 or more intrapreneurs, we will provide an introduction session to connect the mentorship with your existing initiative and help mentees make the best out of their sessions with mentors.
2. LET YOUR INTRAPRENEURS SELECT THEIR MENTOR
AND THE MEETING TIME

Each intrapreneur can select a mentor, time, and topic. Our team will help facilitate the connection and schedule the 45 min conversation for each participant at the time that works for them.
3. MENTORSHIP SESSIONS

Each mentorship session is independent, focused on the question the mentee is bringing, and fully confidential. Mentees can also have a follow-up or a series of sessions with the same mentor over a period of time.
