GROUNDING & BRAVE BELONGING

This is where intrapreneurs get to know each other and name the real tensions they are holding while trying to create social impact inside their organizations. Fellows articulate what they are working on and why, while also grounding in what they are building together as a collective.
This movement is about preparing the soil. It asks what is already here, what needs care, and what people need to carry with them so collaboration and long term action can grow.

EXPERIMENTATION & COLLECTIVE ACTION
​
From this grounding, Fellows begin to experiment together. This movement is about trying things out in real contexts, inside organizations and across systems. We imagine what could be possible, take action, and learn as we go.
​
Experimentation here is a shared practice. It helps surface how existing beliefs, habits, and ways of working shape action, and where new approaches can begin to emerge. The focus stays close to lived experience, allowing learning to happen through doing.

INTEGRATION AND INFLUENCE
​
The third movement brings learning into the wider world. Insights from experimentation are integrated into institutions, relationships, and public spaces. Influence grows as people step outward while staying connected to the collective.

This movement is about carrying the work forward in a way that lasts. The movements do not end or replace one another. They stay active together, shaping both individual practice and collective impact over time.

The Action Fellowship is shaped around three interconnected movements rather than fixed phases. Change does not happen in a straight line. People move individually and collectively at the same time, influencing one another as the work evolves like a living organism.
