What does life-centered technology look like?


Technology has the power to transform our future — but will it serve only efficiency and profit, or can it be reimagined to sustain life itself? In this session, we’ll explore what life-centered technology looks like, and how intrapreneurs can drive innovation that regenerates ecosystems, empowers communities, and shapes systems for long-term flourishing.


Moderator:

Femi Dada, Principal AI/ML Systems Analysis Engineer at Arm and experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the semiconductors industry. Skilled in Embedded Software, EDA, Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), Semiconductors, and Integrated Circuits (IC). Strong professional with a Master's Degree focused in Analogue and Mixed Signal Design from Imperial College London.

+ Gladys Ng’weno

Agile Coaching CoE Lead at Safaricom PLC with a vast xperience in agile leadership distinguishing her as a catalyst for change in product development, environmental sustainability and education among other fields.


+ Gian Marco Iodice

Principal Software Engineer at Arm. He is an edge and mobile computing specialist at Arm, focused on machine learning (ML). He authored the TinyML Cookbook and co-created KleidiAI (2024) and the Arm Compute Library (2017) software libraries to optimize ML performance on Arm processors.
