The League of Intrapreneurs turns 10 this year. Can you believe it?

It’s been a decade of finding, connecting, celebrating and supporting intrapreneurs. Of breaking the mold for leadership and business and co-creating a community with soul and purpose.

Let’s celebrate, people!!

Celebrate all that we’ve learned and accomplished together.

Celebrate our friendships and reconnect with our co-travellers.

And stoke the League Flame - this irrepressible spirit of courage, collaboration and change and this community that nourishes us.

When:  22-24 October, 2023

Where:  Paretz, Germany

Who:  30-40 amazing humans from the global League community

We will be gathering in the beautiful German countryside, one hour from the bustle of Berlin. Paretz was the site of our initial Fellowship and is home to Markus Hipp of the BMW Foundation and League Fellow Dennis Hoenig-Ohnsorg. We will be gathering at Markus’s Farm - Storchenhof (or Stork House) where we will cook together, sit by the campfire, dance under the stars, share stories, and even do a little wild swimming and sauna (for the braver in our group!).

We will take time to celebrate our successes and share where we are now and where we are headed. We will be reminded of the power of community and, we hope, will feel re-energized and connected for our journeys ahead.


This will be a fully co-created event. We have a small organizing team and each of you has offered up your talents, gifts and generosity to make this a meaningful experience. From tango lessons to teaching nonviolent communication, there will be a diverse range of open spaces for us to enjoy together!

The agenda is still under development, but for your travel planning, here is a rough flow:

19-21 October, Thursday-Saturday

The BMW Foundation is hosting an Impact Festival in Berlin. BMW Responsible Leaders will be invited to this, so look out for your invitation and make travel plans accordingly! For those of you not participating, consider arriving during this window as there is lots to see and do in Berlin.

22 October, Sunday: Arriving: What can we celebrate? What are we grateful for?

3pm: Arrive Paretz, Check In to Lodging

4pm: Official Start of the Gathering

7pm: The Feast!

23 October, Monday: Reorienting: Where are we on our journeys?

7am: Sunrise Activity (Yoga, Wild Swim, Cycle)

8am: Breakfast

9am: Workshops

12pm: Lunch

1pm: Open Space

5pm: Break (Run, Cycle, Nature Walks, Rest)

7pm: Dinner

9pm: Cabaret

24 October, Tuesday: Moving Forward: What’s needed now? How do we recommit?

7am: Sunrise Activity (Yoga, Wild Swim, Cycle)

8am: Breakfast

9am: Workshops

12pm: Lunch

1pm: Appreciation Walk

2pm: Depart

This is an entirely community-funded activity, and as such, we have worked to keep costs to a minimum. We understand that for some of you, this is a challenging time financially, so we have created a sliding scale for tickets, so that we can accommodate all in our community who wish to be a part of this gathering.

When registering, please be honest with yourself about what you can afford. Don’t stress yourself by overcommitting, but, if you are able to pay a bit more in solidarity - please know that this extra will be used to support those with fewer means or our colleagues abroad with higher travel expenses. We trust in your generosity and are so excited to be together with you!

Ticket Options

Ticket prices include lodging for two nights in Paretz (shared accommodation), food and drink for the two days, venue and workshop experiences.
