Who are we?

We are misfits, disruptors, tempered radicals, dreamers who do.

We are intrapreneurs: entrepreneurs on the inside harnessing the assets of our incumbent institutions – brand, innovation, people, money – to deliver our sustainable development goals.

Operating in over 12 countries, our community of intrapreneurs are working in back offices and boardrooms, harnessing organizational assets to develop scalable solutions to societal challenges; closed loop carpets, zero carbon aeroplanes, social enterprise bakeries – these are all ideas being incubated by intrapreneurs. 

We strive to empower individual intrapreneurs, foster organizational learning and to strengthen the global intrapreneurship ecosystem.

How do we work?
