This is the shared vision of social intrapreneurs around the world. The ‘dreamers who do’ working in back-offices and boardrooms harnessing institutional assets for impact.
This is the dream of The League of Intrapreneurs.
How we work
Changing the world can be a lonely business. We know the power of belonging. The relief that comes from knowing you’re not alone, the energy that comes from being part of something bigger and the collaborative potential of finding your people.
We also know that there is no roadmap for your imagined future. To succeed, you’ll need to master the ancient art of pathfinding – navigating by your wits, leading in uncertainty and learning through doing. And, you’ll need co-travellers for the journey. We’re here to help.
Through our storytelling, we offer much-needed inspiration and we say to you, intrapreneurs, “You are not alone.” Read our book, The Intrapreneur’s Guide to Pathfinding, lovingly co-created by our global community.
Most people don’t have the word intrapreneur in their job title (yet). Through experiences like Global Intrapreneur Week we help intrapreneurs to connect with other intrapreneurs.
Our community has developed practical tools – like our online course and peer mastermind circles to help you deepen your capacity for change. We also curate a Global Fellowship program to help intrapreneurs have more systemic impact with their work.
Where we Are
The League Way
The League has seven principles that guide our community.
100% Human: We show up as human and embrace our whole selves. Being vulnerable and real is at the core of all our interactions – sharing our failure is just as important as sharing our success.
Radical Co-Creation: We are co-creators and share the responsibility of this community. We learn together and grow together, asking for help is a sign of strength and we give as much as we get.
Systemic Impact: We focus on creating systemic impact across organizational silos. We see the Sustainable Development Goals as a useful tool to focus and evaluate our individual and collective impact.
Transparent Agendas: We operate on trust and practice transparency. We check in about our personal agendas while striving to serve collective aims.
Maximum Viable Diversity: Diversity of perspectives, backgrounds and identities is essential to advancing #changefromwithin. We seek to grow a community and movement that is diverse and inclusive and united in our work to advance a just, equitable and regenerative economy.
Minimum Viable Bureaucracy: We keep things simple and distribute decision-making power as much as possible. We have fluid rather than fixed roles.
Fun and fearless: We tap into our inner child, get our hands dirty and celebrate the intrapreneurial journey in all its messy complexity. We’re not afraid to try new things or challenge the status quo.
