Why are you stepping up as a Mentor?
Being part of such community is important to me. I believe in exchanging experiences and knowledge. During my executive career I have faced many challenges. I want to help people to creating a higher positive impact in their activities abd in the world.
Why is mentorship important for intrapreneurs' journey?
When I was starting my career mentorship was nor common, only formal education was considered "valid" or your own experiences. Now a days exchanging experiences, learning from others, like a mentor adds a new and powerful layer to learning it also accelarates the potential impacts. One intrapreneurs most probably have faced the same challenges and can share what worked and what didn't, we can build a solution together with someone not biased.
In what ways can you support intrapreneurs?
I can add perspectives, share experiences, give examples of what worked and what didn't. I have worked in international environments, different countries and industries. In our commnunity ones challenge is everyones chalkenges.
Why should intrapreneurs be part of the League?
Being part of this community offers a peer group of great people who wants to contribute for a better world, a group who understands that it is everyones job. It is a group that supports each other without waiting something in return.
