I have been recognised as a national coach for green and digital transformation by the European Innovation Council in 2021, and right after I was invited to the pool of woman mentors for the program called European Women Leadership. I’ve also been practicing sustainable consultancy through a source methodology which is designed by me. 

 

Why is mentorship important for intrapreneurs' journey?

 

We are all going through a massive transformation phase in our living environments, in the economy, and even in our spiritual worlds. We all want to contribute to a better planet Earth and a just social system. Most of us are trying to do that through our work, because what we do and we do it, matters. Mentorship is one of the many ways where we can all lift each other up. It’s a very effective engagement tool for people who need leverage in their quests for positive change. 

My personal motivation is brining sustainability, technology and culture all into one value, generating a transportation pathway for the business. I do that through shaping the synergy of some departments, tracking major trends, and brining awareness to the workplace.

 

Why should intrapreneurs be part of the League? 

 

I believe questions are more important than answers. We need powerful and provoking questions, like ‘how do we create impact when existing governance and culture dynamics do not comply with the new perspectives and new dynamics of this new order?’ Intrapreneurs are good question seekers and have a tendency to connect the dots. When intrapreneurs do act, they have this fire inside them that affects everyone around them. It delivers behavioural change for that organisation. Being a part of The League means a constant source of fire.
