Why are you stepping up as a Mentor?
Because I feel we all need to take impulse and courage to move forward with our projects and desires.
Why is mentorship important for intrapreneurs' journey?
Everyone needs trust in their self’s and have self-confidence when moving forward in new ways of working or living. In my case for example, I did not believe I would be able to step up to change the way that we solve issues in supply chain. That's why it’s important to find people that help us find our way, helping us to understand that we can do whatever we intend to, we have to believe we can do it and then remember that each day. I think that is part of the mentor's role; ask the right questions and then support and guide the mentee.
In what ways can I support intrapreneurs?
Listening deeply, asking the right questions and supporting them.
Why should intrapreneurs be part of the league?
In my case, they showed me there was a tribe of people that have the humility to accept that change brings fear, stress, anxiety but also joy and wellbeing. With the tribe I feel I can openly speak about my journey, and move forward understanding the hole system and phases of it.
