  • Why is mentorship important for intrapreneurs?

    • You’re in troublesome territory because you find yourself in a situation that you haven’t been before. Here, examples of intrapreneurs in similar situations may help you to succeed.
    • Most of us as employees have never been challenged to sell our ideas to different areas within the business, so knowing how to make a case that convinces people in power is imperative.

  • In what ways can I support intrapreneurs?

    I’ve worked with intrapreneurs since 2007, across multiple organisations, from The League of Intrapreneurs, to The World Economic Forum, and the Schwab Foundation. I’ve learnt all their hacks and their tricks.

     

    As a business school professor working with c-level and directors, I also know the other side of the story. For example, “How does this project add value to our business? How does it further our sustainability agenda?”

     

    I feel the force and get my energy from helping people like YOU - leveraging your impact and bringing your purpose to life.
