Why are you stepping up as a Mentor?
Because I love to interact with other people. We´re always learning something mutually. Being a mentor is an opportunity to give back and help others to find their own way to promote impact and build a better world.
Why is mentorship important for intrapreneurs' journey?
First, I believe that is an opportunity to oxygen her/his perspectives and ideas. When we exchange our challenges with someone away from the situation and with different experiences and backgrounds can be very powerful. Also, I believe that mentorship can be very transformational, I´m talking as a mentee as well.
In what ways can you support intrapreneurs?
I can listen carefully to she/he challenges and from my experience and questions hope to lighting her/his pathway. Somethings simple tips can change everything.
Why should intrapreneurs be part of the League?
This is the more generous community that I´ve known. It´s plenty of cool and interesting people and its gatherings is the lifetime experience that everyone should experience once in life.
