Join us for a regenerative retreat in Brazil — a precious time together in nature, planting trees, and tending to ourselves and one another.

Set on a quiet farm in Matias Barbosa near Juiz de Fora, nestled among rolling hills and wide-open skies, we’ll gather in a setting that invites reflection and connection. Together, we’ll explore the inner work of intrapreneurship — our resilience.

We’ll be welcomed by League Fellow Saulo, the steward of this beautiful land, who is lovingly transforming it into a regenerative sanctuary. It will be a time for community, for deep nourishment, for pause and presence — as we open up, connect, and share meaningful moments together in nature.

This is an intimate gathering — the farm is a family home with capacity for up to 20 of us. Rooms will be shared as part of the communal experience.
