07 Nov 2025, 18:00 – 21:00 GMT
London, Bush House, 30 Aldwych, London WC2B 4BG, UK - 8th Floor North
ABOUT
Join us for an evening gathering high above the London skyline to hear from changemakers working within large institutions to create a more just, regenerative world.
As part of the Global Intrapreneur Week 2025, this in-person session is a celebration of the intrapreneurial spirit—those who work from within to reimagine systems, shift mindsets, and unlock possibility.
Together, we’ll explore:
- What defines the work of an intrapreneur and what motivates them to stay the course
- What kinds of cultures and internal structures help ideas take root
- How can intrapreneurship ripple beyond the walls of a single organisation
Expect an evening of stories, real insights, and spacious conversation—with stunning views, good company, and a few surprises along the way.
Programme:
- 3 Story Sparks — Brief talks from Maya Mehta, Hamzah Sarwar, and Thais Vojvodic
- Deeper Dialogues — Table conversations and Q&A with the speakers
- Shared Reflection — A chance to surface what resonates and connects
1. Staying the Path: The Heart of Intrapreneurship - with Maya Mehta
Maya offers a personal lens on the quiet courage, values, and sense of purpose that fuel intrapreneurs to keep showing up, even when the road isn’t always smooth.
2. Creating the Conditions: Cultures That Nurture Change from Within - with Hamzah Sarwar
Intrapreneurship flourishes where curiosity, trust, and support are present. Hamzah shares reflections on how organisations can better welcome internal changemakers—and why doing so is good not just for impact, but for everyone, including the bottom line.
3. Beyond silos: Intrapreneurship as a Force for Collective Change - with Thais Vojvodic
When intrapreneurs step into collaboration across boundaries, something powerful happens. Thais shares how internal changemaking can spark wider systems transformation through networks, partnerships, and shared action.
Looking forward to a magical evening of stories, conversation, and connection!
