ABOUT
For more than a decade, the League of Intrapreneurs has worked alongside people using the power of business and institutions to tackle some of society's biggest challenges. But the context for that work is changing. Climate change is accelerating, AI is reshaping organizations and industries, political polarization is making some sustainability and social commitments harder to hold, and organizations themselves are under intense pressure to adapt.
So what does it take now to create the conditions for intrapreneurs to thrive - and to harness their ingenuity, agency and networks to help organizations navigate these transitions?
Join Jolana Amara, CEO, League of Intrapreneurs and Maggie De Pree, Co-Founder, League of Intrapreneurs, alongside Dan Freeman, Founding Director at the Horn Entrepreneurship (University of Delaware), for a conversation about what this changing context means for the leaders working to enable intrapreneurship inside their organizations.
We'll bring insights from more than a decade of working with intrapreneurs and the leaders who enable them - and invite you to bring the questions, tensions and challenges you're navigating in your own organization.
We’ll also introduce the 2027 Intrapreneur Leadership Lab, taking place March 16-18 at the University of Delaware's new Book School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and share how we're shaping the Lab around the challenges and questions that matter most to this community.
If you're creating the conditions for intrapreneurship, innovation, sustainability or impact within your organization - or simply wrestling with what this work requires now - we'd love you to join the conversation.
