This pre-GIW2025 session brings together practitioners and allies to explore what DEI leadership looks like in today’s complex landscape. We’ll reflect on the forces driving resistance, how behavioural science can inform our approach, and what dignity, respect, and integrity look like in action — not just in principle.

The session will be led by Fadzi Whande, a DEI Culture Architect and Social Justice Advocate with deep experience in designing strategies that shift organisational culture toward inclusion and belonging.
