ABOUT

Case Clinics are optional, 45-minute peer sessions where you bring a real challenge as a Case Holder or support others’ challenges as a Contributor, using collective reflection, powerful questions, and action-oriented support.

Participants are invited to join as either:

Case Givers

Bring a real challenge, opportunity, decision, or tension you are currently navigating. The group will help you explore it through powerful questions, fresh perspectives, and practical recommendations.

Contributors

Join as a peer supporter. Listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, share relevant experiences, and help fellow intrapreneurs uncover new possibilities. Many participants find that supporting someone else's case generates insights for their own work as well.

Ahead of the Session

For Case Givers

• Register your case with Chourouk at least a week before the Case Clinic takes place.

• Prepare a concise overview of the challenge, opportunity, or question you would like support with.

• Be open to hearing diverse perspectives, questions, and ideas.

Why be a Case Holder?

Being a Case Holder is a unique opportunity to:

• Step into a real challenge you are currently navigating

• Receive diverse perspectives and insights from your peers

• Surface blind spots and new ways of thinking

• Leave with practical ideas and next steps you can act on immediately

Case holding is especially valuable if you are actively working through a decision, tension, or opportunity where fresh input would help unlock progress.

For Contributors

• Come ready to listen, ask questions, and offer constructive input.

• Share experiences, resources, contacts, or perspectives that may help move the work forward.

• Focus on supporting the case giver rather than solving the problem for them.

What to Expect

• Short case presentations from participating fellows.

• Collective reflection and powerful questioning.

• Peer insights, recommendations, and resource sharing.

• Clear takeaways and next steps for the case giver.
