The sustainable future is shaped by organizations that nurture bold and forward-thinking employees, who are able to turn ideas into reality. These individuals are known as "intrapreneurs" – we like to call them dreamers who do.
There are already many intrapreneurs inside your organization. They might be part of your talent or new business incubation program, or they might be invisible - quietly working on their change-making idea behind their screens, waiting to be discovered.
Wherever they are, over the last decade of running the League of Intrapreneurs, we’ve learned they face similar challenges: they often feel like misfits in the corporate world—underappreciated, lacking tools and support, as well as companionship on the journey.
CELEBRATING DREAMERS WHO DO
Global Intrapreneur Week (GIW) is the first global event dedicated to intrapreneurs.
It aims to spotlight changemakers from within and give them the oxygen they need. Designed as an individual or team experience, GIW will inspire intrapreneurs, offer practical tools to navigate complex bureaucracy, share learnings and case studies, and connect them with fellow change-makers across the globe.
Co-created by the League of Intrapreneurs community in 2020, GIW has gathered:

ABOUT:

Leveraging a decade of experience collaborating with and gaining insights from intrapreneurs, our interactive workshops initiate the process by encouraging individuals to align with their purpose, understand the key phases of an intrapreneur's path, and start honing the crucial skills for driving organizational change. Structured around our exclusive Intrapreneur's Compass, a specialized tool developed in collaboration with our extensive community of over 200 intrapreneurs.

WHO IS IT FOR:

A group of 15-30 intrapreneurs who are looking to scaling their initiatives or kick start new ideas.

The workshop can be tailored to fir your existing initiatives (talent, innovation or sustainability program participants) or seasoned intrapreneurs looking to scale their initiatives

During the workshop we will gain understanding of:
