League of Intrapreneurs Fellows are ambassadors for the global intrapreneurship movement.
We celebrate these intrapreneurs for the courage, care, creativity and pure grit they bring to their work and for the impact they have made from within some of our most influential institutions.
League Fellows work across sectors – public, private and non-profit – and are tackling pressing societal issues from creating inclusive political systems, to fostering access to healthcare, to developing circular economy business models. These intrapreneurs are ushering a just, equitable and regenerative future.
Fellows are selected annually through a nomination process and invited to participate in our League Fellowship Program – a magical combination of community connection, leadership development, storytelling and solutions building curated by our facilitators who are expert at creating safe spaces for learning, collaboration and wellbeing.
The League of Intrapreneurs Fellowship Program has been created in collaboration with the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt.

THE LEAGUE FELLOWSHIP JOURNEY
The League Fellowship is an exclusive, 10-week virtual learning journey with a cohort of 25 intrapreneurs, designed to dive deep into pressing questions about your intrapreneurship journey and innovation projects. Expect the unexpected – whether it’s taking a virtual walk, creating a video story, or dancing at your desk – the League Fellowship will invite you to explore the edges of possibility in a safe space with incredible humans.
By the end of this journey, you will have greater clarity about how to create systemic impact, a powerful network of co-travellers and new tools to share your story far and wide. The Fellowship is informed by our decades of experience and by the tools and frameworks highlighted in our recent book: The Intrapreneur’s Guide to Pathfinding.
The League hosts two types of Fellowship experiences: Global and Regional. Our Global Fellowship welcomes intrapreneurs from different corners of the globe to expand their horizons and connect around global challenges. We also curate Regional Fellowships, which bring together high-impact intrapreneurs from a common region to explore potential collaboration for greater systemic impact.
In 2021 all of our Fellowship Programs will be delivered virtually with three focus areas: Global, US and Brazil. Participants will be invited to join an in-person gathering with all of our Global Fellows in 2022 when it is safe to travel again.

WHO CAN BECOME A LEAGUE FELLOW?
League Fellows are experienced intrapreneurs selected through a nomination process. Upon receiving a nomination, the League of Intrapreneurs team, together with the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt team, carefully selects 25 intrapreneurs per cohort. Here’s what we consider when selecting Fellows:
+ Do they work for an influential institution that can contribute meaningfully to a societal challenge?
(We use the UN SDGs as an impact framework and also adapt this for local realities.)
+ Do they have an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated grit?
+ Do they have the capacity to influence change through trusted networks, skill sets or position?
+ Are they working at a systems level, influencing change beyond the incremental?
+ Do they share the League values?
+ Do they bring diversity of perspective, experience or background to our community of Global Fellows?
