Global Fellowship 2019

You have been invited to a be a part of The League of Intrapreneurs

2019 Global Fellowship!

The League Global Fellowship is awarded annually to 50 accomplished intrapreneurs working on a range of issues from creating more inclusive political systems, to fostering access to healthcare, prototyping circular economy business models and much much more.

At the heart of the fellowship is the opportunity to connect with a group of like-minded disruptors from across the world to share challenges and opportunities, learn from each other, re-fuel, explore potential collaborations and to be part of a global movement supporting systemic change from the inside out.

“This is a remarkable gathering. We have some of the most influential organizations on the planet and we are looking at how we can support each other to save the planet and create social harmony”
Paul Chatterton
Founder and Lead, WWF Landscape Lab
“Most of us as Intrapreneurs are a typical leaders. We have been pioneering for a long time and for that we need a certain type of shelter and The League gives us exactly the shelter we need.”
Myriam A. Welffens Sidibé
Global Social Mission Director, Unilever Lifebuoy
It make sense for us to come together share each others success stories, embolden each other, uplift each other and shape each others thinking.”

We believe in you.

You have demonstrated a commitment to and capability for driving #changefromwithin.

You work for an influential institution.

Whether it’s about brand, scale or contextual relevance – your organization has the capacity to influence meaningful change on the Sustainable Development Goals.

You’ve got entrepreneurial drive

You have a healthy impatience for the status quo and have what our partners at BMW Foundation call a Responsible Leader “act-itude” working above your day job to create change.

You’re taking a systems approach.

You are working beyond the boundaries of your organization – taking a systems approach to deliver impact on pressing social challenges.

You’re demonstrating League values.

You share The League of Intrapreneurs values of low ego, high humanity, generosity and collaboration for impact.

You will receive a personalized League IQ (Intrapreneurship Quotient) – an assessment of your intrapreneurial strengths and potential areas for growth. We will use this to help you identify your learning priorities for the Fellowship.

Your Fellowship journey will begin with a three-day immersive gathering with 20 other exceptional intrapreneurs as well as members of our League catalyst team to inspire you, connect you and deepen your capacity for change.

We will invite you to join a Peer Coaching Group with 5 intrapreneurs and provide you facilitation support to tackle project opportunities, upskill in intrapreneurship and foster personal resilience. Groups will commit to meeting every 4-6 weeks for six months, after which you can choose to continue as self-facilitated peer groups.

You’ll tap a diverse global network of leaders through regional and global gatherings as well as receive personalized introductions to global League members and partner organizations such as BMW Foundation based on your needs and interests.

As a Fellow, you also become a valued League Member (if you are not already!) and have access to our regular schedule of virtual and in person events around the globe. Sit by the virtual fire with an intrapreneur to hear their story in depth; access project insights in our League un-plugged events or be invited to Global events like The Skoll World Forum or Sustainable Brands.
