When we are at our best, so is our work!
In this 20 minute session we will regain connection to that part of us that is as steady as a rock.
With a little bit of easy movement, and a couple of simple breath and humming exercises we will revitalise our body and sooth the brain, allowing for clarity of mind and inspired action to flow once more.
Don’t be shy (or keep your camera turned off if you are)…go out of your comfort zone to find your zone of deeper comfort.
