Scaling consciousness

The fireside chat will help intrapreneurs envision their personal and organizational transformation to love-based leadership through the scaling up story of the rising Canadian global footwear brand, Native Shoes.

Through this intimate conversation between Native’s co-founder and current CEO, participants will discover common convictions and challenges. Scott Hawthorn will describe the nearly decade long-journey of using leadership to nurture talent & purpose that fostered a culture of compassion and care for each other and the living planet. Mr. Housman will share the story from his perspective coming from lululemon athletica and working together with Mr. Hawthorn to intentionally grow the company’s middle-layer management, revenue, partnerships, and planetary impact.

Come be inspired by the story of transitioning a company into the tornado of rapid growth, and how medium-sized companies are working towards a more sustainable future.
