Job crafting: How intrapreneurs make their own way

When do you call yourself an intrapreneur and how can you craft your own way in your organisation? How do you start and how do you keep going? How can you proactively improve your work, rather than switching jobs? And how can you create a (social) impact, lasting change or even fight climate change with your company?

In this session, we’ll explore best practices, real examples from leading professionals, we’ll tackle fears and limiting beliefs and get cracking in breakout rooms!
