Inner development goals
As the world orients around the North Star of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, how do we ensure that we have the capacities to lead this momentous change?
These capacities are not given to us at birth; but they arise from life-long learning. We often think of it as wisdom, but our individual experiences are not sufficient to solve the complex challenges we face.
This is why the Eskäret Foundation and partners are developing the Inner Development Goals – a framework of the capabilities that are needed to successfully reach the UN SDGs.
Welcome to an interactive session where we will share the transformative capabilities we need for human growth to thrive and drive sustainable change. We will learn from IKEA and together share insights for making workplaces arenas for human growth.

Tina Molund, IKEA social entrepreneurship, co-worker engagement leader. I am a humanist by birth and behavioural scientist by education. The passion about the potential that lies in when people, business and organisations develop and perform in synergy has taken me to complex and values based organisations. I am curious about human nature and how we can make each other the best we can be. By combining micro interventions with macro interventions, using our networks and explore the world we take action in, we will co-create the world we want to live in.
