I’m In sessions are lovingly curated by Intrapreneurs from around the world.
The journey for intrapreneurs is rarely linear. It can also be fraught, with tricky territory like the Jungle of Bureaucracy, the Swamps of Petty Concerns, and the Lost Cubicles of Business as Usual. The Intrapreneur’s Compass can help with your journey. This tool designed to help those making change from within their organizations reflect on the key dimensions and questions that are fundamental for their quest. In this session, we’ll hear from seasoned intrapreneurs, who will make the Intrapreneurs Compass come alive, and help you use it for your own quest.
The tool can be used as a practical companion for both solo intrapreneurs as well as for teams. Co-created by the League of Intrapreneurs Community, it’s free to download here: https://www.leagueofintrapreneurs.com/resources/
