Alfredo Zamudio has a Master in Public Administration, Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He has previously worked as director of the Norwegian Refugee Council´s «Internal Displacement Monitoring Center» (IDMC) in Geneva, and as country director for the Norwegian Refugee Council in Timor Leste, and as a camp coordinator in Darfur, Sudan. He has also worked in Colombia as advisor for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, as manager of the Human Rights House in Oslo and chief of staff for the Norwegian Contact Committee for Immigrants and the Authorities. In 2010 he was awarded the Order of Timor-Leste by president José Ramos-Horta, for his contribution to the humanitarian response in Timor-Leste.

Jessica is passionate about humans and about co-creating an equitable future. Within the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, Jessica organizes their Regional Responsible Leaders Network in North America where she builds bridges between leaders, organizations and movements, with the aim of cultivating a community of purpose to inspire Responsible Leadership and to advance the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
