We are thrilled to have Daniel Conley, (sustainability professional, entrepreneur and founder of Adelaide Global Shapers Hub), and Tim Mahlberg (intrapreneur, Doctoral Researcher & Sessional Lecturer at University of Sydney) join the discussion with Mei Ling Ho, South Australian Catalyst for the League of Intrapreneurs.
This conversation will be co-hosted by social entrepreneur and Social Change HQ founder Sarah Gun.
Sustainability professional, co-founder and Director of Blue Circle Australia and Trashd, founding Curator of Adelaide’s Global Shapers Hub Daniel has co-founded two start-up companies focused on commercialising innovations in Australia’s waste, energy, and agriculture sectors. Daniel has also co-founded various community-based initiatives, including the international-award winning Adelaide Sustainability Association and Adelaide’s Global Shapers Hub (an initiative of the World Economic Forum), both driven to empower young people to make a positive impact.
Mei- Ling Ho
Mei Ling is CEO of Social Change HQ and has over twenty years experience in marketing, communications and strategy across the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. She has spearheaded many cross-sector initiatives including research projects, corporate / community partnerships and cause related marketing programs at organisations including Westpac, Diageo, Nestlé, The Centre for Social Impact and The Australian Charities Fund.
Mei Ling is the South Australian Catalyst for the League of Intrapreneurs and a strong believer in the power of individuals to create change for good. She is passionate about the role of business in creating positive change in our community. Mei Ling also co-founded for-purpose consulting firm The Imagine Studio which provides marketing and strategic business support to help purpose driven organisations turn their great ideas into reality.

In the past 5 years, she has created over 650 job outcomes for individuals who are on their journey out of homelessness. In 2018 Sarah received the Australia Day ‘Women hold up half the sky’ Award recognising the exceptional contribution she has made to the South Australian community.
Catalyst, Changemaker, Doctoral Researcher & Sessional Lecturer at University of Sydney Qualified as an organisational psychologist, Tim has been developing individuals and organisations through their people for over 15 years. His own intrapreneur journey led to founding Australia’s first corporate coworking community, The Village at NAB. Tim is currently completing his PhD at the University of Sydney where he explores new ways of working with purpose to drive change from the fringes of large organisations.
