He got his start organizing for President Obama’s reelection campaign in 2012 and went on to serve in many leadership positions for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Hanno Burmester is a Policy Fellow at the Berlin-based think tank Das Progressive Zentrum and Fellow with JoinPolitics. As co-founder of the international Innocracy conference, he has been working on the transformation of democracy for many years. With his company Unlearn, he helps companies foster self-organisation and transform their culture. In the past, he has worked in the German Parliament, the headquarters of a big political party and as an investigative journalist

Laura Reyna is Founding Director of PuenTech Lab, a tech policy Laboratory for Latin America. She is a political scientist and brings a gender perspective to her work on public policy. Laura was previously an advisor to the Mexican Senate and Ministry of Interior and the Mexican Embassy in the United States.
