Connecting intrapreneurs and social entrepreneurs to achieve greater impact
Becoming a corporate change agent is not an easy task, but there are plenty of tips and tricks that intrapreneurs can learn from social venturers.
In Romania, we have been leveraging the social intrapreneurs within the largest bank in the country, by letting them work together with NGOs that are trying to become sustainable social entreprises.
The intersection is based on 3 months of working together online and offline. Corporate directors are sharpening their entrepreneurial mindset by sharing their business acumen and applying design thinking and growth hacking to the NGOs.
Also NGOs are sharpening their entrepreneurial mindset, while letting the corporate change agents experience how to combine business with impact.
It is the ultimate win-win collaboration to benefit both corporations and the third sector.
