Mat is at the forefront of bringing innovation to the public service in Victoria.
At DHHS, he leads the innovation team as part of an organisational transformation initiative. He has over 10 years of experience in digital innovation, product design, service design and transformation in government and not-for-profit sectors. Mat’s focus has been on bridging the gaps between sectors to address common challenges.
