How often have you heard – “we tried that before and it failed”, “no we don’t do it like that around here” or “I really want to but it is too hard!”. Influencing, inspiring and driving change are core skills for today’s Intrapreneur, so what do you need to know to help people embrace change? Having spent 20 years in large and small organizations across industries including the arts, finance, government, technology and engineering, Bridget will share 8 Behaviour Change Tips and how she has applied them in her work across social and environmental sustainability, innovation and strategy. During this interactive workshop participants will be encouraged to share their own stories, experiences and insights so that together we can create an open conversation that helps Intrapreneurs and Changemakers accelerate change in their organizations.
