Is Sustainability Enough?
As we see our global challenges deepening, the question isn’t how to sustain the current system, it’s whether we should.
This session calls intrapreneurs to move beyond the incrementalism of “sustainability” toward bold, regenerative leadership that reshapes how institutions work from the inside out. Together with visionary voices in climate finance, innovation, and racial equity, we’ll explore what it really takes to rewire business models, power structures, and cultures to serve people and planet, not just quarterly reports.
And crucially, we’ll confront one of the most persistent barriers to transformation: organizational silos. Whether between departments, disciplines, or agendas, fragmentation kills momentum. This session will surface how intrapreneurs can build bridges across sustainability, equity, technology, and strategy, unlocking new possibilities for systemic change.
This conversation also sets the stage for launching the League’s Action Fellowship — a new program for courageous changemakers ready to collaborate across silos and seed the regenerative future from within.
